Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance & Quality Control on all aspects of packing activities.
  • Responsible on new product development projects with basic project briefs.
  • Research consumer markets and conduct trial runs and manage the production to achieve project objectives.
  • Daily monitoring on production output qualities and quantity.
  • Execute product and process improvement projects designed to improve quality, compliance to specifications, reduce costs or increase consumer confidence and satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management, implementation, and improvement of food safety.
  • Assist in Internal audit on GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22000, Halal etc.
  • To handle product registration, documentation and system set up.
  • Perform all ad-hoc jobs given by management.

Requirements:
  •  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Halal, ISO and HACCP standards and requirements.
  • Working experience in food manufacturing industry as Food Technologist or Research & Development role or equivalent is desirable but fresh graduate is welcomed as well.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
