Responsibilities: | - Quality Assurance & Quality Control on all aspects of packing activities.
- Responsible on new product development projects with basic project briefs.
- Research consumer markets and conduct trial runs and manage the production to achieve project objectives.
- Daily monitoring on production output qualities and quantity.
- Execute product and process improvement projects designed to improve quality, compliance to specifications, reduce costs or increase consumer confidence and satisfaction.
- Assist in the management, implementation, and improvement of food safety.
- Assist in Internal audit on GMP, HACCP, FSSC, ISO 22000, Halal etc.
- To handle product registration, documentation and system set up.
- Perform all ad-hoc jobs given by management.
